Our 3rd Day In Chicago

Today's post is sponsored by Dillon Partner's

Hi Folks,

Some of the boy's went to Harry Carey's (pronounced Hari Kari's) Steak House last night.   This is the Malinator's (Mal Creighton) plate before and after consuming a 16oz steak, lobster tail, and a plate of salad:-

Not a bad effort!!!!!

This morning it was off on the Untouchables Gangster Tour which commenced outside the original McDonald's Restaurant.   It was much better than the Chicago Grand Half Day City Sights Tour   Kept everyone interested and we saw the sights of many of the gangster killings, including John Dillinger's and the Valentine's Day Massacre.

Tonight, we went to the Chicago Cubs/Detroit Tigers Baseball Game.   We left at the top end of the seventh innings as it was getting cold with the breeze of the lake.   The score was 3 all when we left and we don't know who won.
These are the seats, now occupied, that we showed you in yesterday's blog:-

Tim, Gerard, Mal, Ted, Luke and Peter Bones leave us at various times tomorrow and head off for either Hawaii, Washington or New York.  We wish them well on their travels.   What will we do with only half the Muppet's?   Not stuff up as much we hope, but we don't think so.

Regards,
The DMTC

  1. Old man Pete,

Was meant to ask you if you had the privilege of driving through Gary in Indiana? Would have to have been one of the scariest places I have been.

I also have a challenge for you on your travels. If you get a chance, can you see if you can find some bacon scented car air fresheners. I have seen them before, just can't remember where it was,

    Thanks,

    Chris
